The "FH-6140" is a handler that performs a visual inspection after electrical testing with simultaneous measurement of 32 units, followed by taping in a consistent manner. It individually retrieves two-direction mini flat package ICs (devices) stored in an aligned manner in a 6-row magazine and conducts simultaneous testing of 32 units using IC sockets connected to the tester.
